A portion of each entry fee (ticket sales) goes to a non-profit organization called The Friends of Namaqualand (FoN). FoN aims to use this money to raise awareness about the importance of nature conservation and to establish a Wild Flower Garden in Namaqualand to help with the conservation of Namaqualand succulents.
